- Perform the personnel management functions including screening, interviewing, and hiring, while performing all necessary background checks.
- Take care of the payroll function as per the management’s given policies.
- Should be well versed in the local labor laws and their implications for the company to take timely actions whenever necessary.
- Conduct exit interviews and help the company overcome turnover and other problems which can negatively impact organizational productivity and employee morale.
- A tech-savvy person who can use the different software packages including project management tools to efficiently coordinate and collaborate across functions.
- Experience of posting jobs online and using different job sites is a definite plus.
